I've got a 30-day subscription, completed all of the narrative sets and exams, worked on what the exams pointed to study more and passed it! I purchased a 90-day subscription and am happy to share that I passed the exam on Monday with a score of 76 (passing score was 65) on my first attempt. 4/18/2026 I passed my exam today 4/17/26 and I only studied from counseling exam site. I did not use any other resource and passed the exam by using their master classes, coarse materials,, podcasts, narrative and full length practice exam. I highly recommend this site and if you use this to study, for the NCMHCE exam, you will pass with flying colors! Thank you counseling exam for helping me pass the exam!

4/2/2026 I passed the NCMHCE on the first attempt. I took the NCMHCE in Virginia. My advice is to centralize your study efforts on the narrative format, utilizing the practice narratives offered by the service. If you are not familiar with the NCMHCE narrative format, this service will help prepare you to pass the exam. Focus on reading the narratives, extracting the necessary information, and completing the required questions within the allotted time. I typically read slowly and finished the exam with seven minutes of allocated time remaining. In my opinion, the practice narratives were the most valuable study tools offered by this service, so dial those in and you will likely achieve a positive outcome. Good luck.
