6/6/2022 I was so relieved when I too passed the NCMHCE with flying colors! The practice simulations were excellent preparation for the actual exam. I don't think I could have done it without the use of your site. I did hundreds of practice simulations on the site, so when I sat down to the exam I knew what to do and was ready to get it done. I highly recommend this site, worth every penny.

5/26/2022 I took my test today for the first time and passed with a great margin. Counseling exam, and Barton Bott, were instrumental in this success! I felt apprehensive going into the exam but once I started I was relaxed and confident that I knew what I was doing and was able to pass! Everything you need to know is in here! Thank you!

5/26/2022 I completed my exam yesterday and I passed by an incredible measure!!!! This was my 3rd time taking it, the first two times I studied with other study guides and on my own using online tools. Then a friend recommended your program and I used the website and received the exam daily email, it was soo helpful. I recommend this program to everyone...Such a great study resource. For the exam, I read the simulations carefully, wrote down key words using the TFSR acronym, and if I selected an incorrect answer, I took a deep breath and reviewed my other options before making another selection. There were times during the exam, I would just close my eyes for a few seconds, breathe, and get back to it. I started to lose slight confidence during the 7th simulation, I pushed my chair back, looked away from the screen and thought, "I've come too far to give up now", so I got back to the test with a positive mindset and ta-da!! Definitely one of the best days of my life!! May 20, 2022 😎 Prior to the test date, I engaged in daily morning meditation to help with any anxiety I was experiencing. On the day of the test, I did not allow myself to review material as I did the first time I attempted the exam. Starting the morning fresh helped with my focus. Thank You, Erika

5/26/2022 Yay! I took my NCMHCE for the second time this last Monday (5/16/22) and I passed!!! I took the older version. What helped me the most was the SIM MAP! I memorized the Time For Some Relaxation along with ROSE and the other categories. I didn't do this the first time I took it back in December 2021 and I subsequently kept mixing up the cases. This time I simply plugged the information in and referred to it throughout each case! It worked. Thank you for all your help, Gary

5/26/2022 5/21/2022 I passed! This is not a test of what you learned in grad school or how great of a counselor you are. This is a test of how to take a test. If you don't know how to take this test, you will fail because it is NOT like any test you've ever taken. Counseling exam teaches you exactly how to take this test and it is uncannily accurate! I signed up for the three-month subscription but only completed about 15% of the program, therefore I failed my first attempt. Counseling exam restarted my subscription free of charge for an additional 30 days in which I was able to complete majority of the Simulation exams for practices and then I passed after my second attempt of taking the NCMHCE. One word of advice: If you're not able to "Pass" the 3-hour online simulation tests through this website, don't take the exam yet. Once you can pass those, you'll pass the "real" exam. Thanks to this website for ensuring I passed!"

5/25/2022 Thank GOD!!!! I passed the exam on my second attempt (May 2022) after using this and some other supplemental materials. (The first time I did not study as much) However, this program was great because of the endless simulations you can use and also the wealth of information it provides. I was able to make flash cards for several different areas to study on the go. This is a good program to assist with passing the exam. I would recommend. Just a side note I took the exam before they change programs, however I think it would still be helpful after looking at the narrative part.

6/4/2022 This one by far helped me the best to study to take the test and PASS. The test is like nothing I have ever taken before. I did a two day…well more like 24 hour cram session using counseling exam.com. The simulations not only help you apply information you already know but really helped me get used to how the test scores. The simulations do a good job teaching you to answer case studies at face value. Like many people said, you want to gather all the info you can like real life. However, based on the case study its important to only answer the most applicable options. During the actual test I had to keep telling myself “less is more” or “how does this option answer the question being asked?”. I would like to point out some of the answers in the simulation were all incorrect and flagged them for review. Overall would I recommend this site…. YES! (And already have recommended it to my coworkers) Would I recommend it as your only study option? No, but it’s top five for sure!
