11/28/2022 I was so nervous for my NCMHCE exam. I had no idea how to study and this site made everything really easy. I passed on my first try. It definitely is thanks to this site! I think taking the timed practice exams and narratives help prepare you for the real exam the most. I went through all the sections of lessons and found those really helpful too if you have the time. Definitely subscribe to this site, and do as many practice narratives as you can and review the answer explanations!

11/24/2022 I took the new narrative version of the NCMHCE on 11/17/2022 and passed on my first attempt. This site was the only study resource that I used and It was very helpful. I highly recommend using this site as a study/prep resource for the NCMHCE. Dave

11/19/2022 I took my test today and passed! Thank you for having such a comprehensive program. I felt prepared and the materials were easy to use. I especially liked the diagnosis and technique trees. Two colleagues of mine have also used the program and passed their exam. Great tools!!

11/12/2022 I PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS FOR THE NEW NARRATIVE EXAM! I exclusively used the counseling exam for prepping for the new narrative format. The practice exams and mini-narrative case studies were beyond helpful and matched the new exam almost perfectly! The DSM-5 Diagnostic section, theories, and interventions study sections were the most beneficial for the new format. HIGHLY recommend using this platform to study. The anxiety tips for the day of the exam were wonderful and I spent 30 minutes in my car mediating and utilizing deep breathing - I felt calm and collective during the whole exam.

11/2/2022 I wrote this testimonial on October 17, 2022. Soo here’s the story: For starters I was COMPLETELY unprepared for NCMHCE just one week ago. I spent a month practicing the new narrative version of the exam come to find out I had to take the simulation version. I completely panicked and a friend told me to try counselingexam.com. When I did the very first simulation and bombed it, the anxiety really sky-rocketed. With only 8 days left, I subscribed for one week and literally did about 200 simulations and took a practice exam everyday. I thought I was gonna die and definitely didn’t feel I was anywhere near as prepared as I should have been. Test Anxiety was at an all time high and I’m usually pretty calm for exams. Today I walked into the exam and couldn’t believe how the majority of the material on the exam I had seen some version of it through the simulations on this site. The smartest thing I did was do all simulations in the “NEW” section and I worked backwards from set 21 and up. All those simulations were worded almost identically to the ones on the real exam as opposed to the simulations from Set 1 and down. Today I passed on my first try and couldn’t be more grateful to this website. There is honestly no way I would have passed if I didn’t subscribe!! The majority of you who are just coming to the site won’t even have to worry about the simulation version because it’s about to be replaced but I’m sure the prep for the new version will be just as helpful. I highly recommend this site. Don’t panic and If you can, give yourself ample study time but if for some reason you only have one week like me, this site can make a way out of no way!!!! Good Luck!!!

11/27/2022 I took the narrative format of the NCMHCE and passed on my first try! Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone taking the exam. The narratives were helpful, and I focused my studying on specific sections. I will admit, all of the content can be overwhelming at first. However, the product breaks down how well you do in each section, which helped me focus on specific areas I was struggling in. The only reason, I did not give this 5 stars was because it was clear that they rushed this product for the new narrative exam format. There were so many typos, and some content was missing from sections needed to answer questions. I reported questions/narratives that had content issues, and the company was always quick to respond. Minor revisions are needed, but I passed, so I'm happy!
