8/4/2024 I just completed my NCMHCE exam this morning - and I PASSED (first try) "with flying colors" - just as you said I would! Thank you. Your program came highly recommended to me and I'm so thankful I heeded the suggestion to go with counselingexam.com. There were so many options - each claiming to offer the best method for passing the exam. Without question I made the right choice. I studied for hours and hours and hours, and completed the majority of each tutorial, and every simulation test (I think the simulations really helped - when I took the real exam, it all seemed so familiar - thanks to what you offered). A person could get overwhelmed and lost in preparing for this exam, but you provided a logical map for navigating my way through. My test results (PASS) are evident of this. What a great team you have and I am so happy that I was a part of it (in some obscure way) for the past two months. 12/13/2022 I took the ncmhce yesterday for the first time and passed! This site was the reason why I passed. I have been in private practice for over a decade, but recently moved from WI to FL and had to take the ncmhce to get licensed in my new state. My acquired knowledge was only partly helpful on this exam. I found out right away that I had to focus on what the creators of the exam were looking for, rather than what I felt was right. It is a very unique exam, and I found out that my background would not assure my passing. The many, many practice exams on this site were incredibly helpful. That is how I better understood how to read the cases, what to address, and exactly how to answer the questions. I really appreciate how this site includes such a variety of learning methods: auditory, video, reading, flashcards etc. I did a lot of research to try and find the right study materials, because this stuff isn't cheap. I really feel this site gives you everything you need to pass the exam, and is worth the investment.

The simulations were excellence. I would tell anybody to use this site. I have used others and this is definitely the best.

3/11/2018 The practice tests were extremely helpful!! I'm already a licensed, marriage and family therapist and was going for dual licensure. I was a bit nervous since I knew that I wouldn't have the energy to retake the test if I didn't pass the first time. I used aatbs for my mft exam and passed on the first time so I was using it again for this test. However, I realized that the practice tests were way too confusing on aatbs and the explanations were difficult for me to really grasp. So I decided to give this a try in conjunction with aatbs. I went through everything I could and focused on things that I felt I didn't completely understand. Some of the videos were kind of awful. However, there was one professor on the videos (the male professor with the glasses) who I absolutely adored. I could just feel his passion in the subjects which was helpful in understanding the topics. Something went well and I passed the first time taking the test and finished within an hour!

12/13/2022 This program has many positives, but some concerning negatives to be aware of. Strengths include the many formats they offer for learning and reviewing information (videos, flip cards, daily email practice questions & many practice scenarios, to name a few). I also liked that they list the study topics available, giving you a lot of options to choose from. The biggest negatives were related to typos & inaccurate information. For example, one flip card defined one diagnostic definition as that of "Dissociative Personality Disorder". There is no such disorder. It should have read DID (Dissociative IDENTITY Disorder). There were numerous others also. However when I alerted them to some of these errors, they were very responsive and said they had made the needed corrections. I think the benefits outweigh the negatives but it did cause me to lose confidence in the remainder of their materials. (I passed my exam this week).
