5/4/2019 Passed today, if you really go through the website and take advantage intentionally, you will pass the exam. The simulations are good, and then reviewing your answers that you missed. Quizzes help with your general knowledge, use the entire site!

5/1/2019 I was EXTREMELY impressed with the multitude of learning tools. I passed the exam with flying colors which was right in line with the most recent practice simulations I had taken on the site.There was something for every style of learning. I did the "60 day" subscription -due to my exam date, I was able to study 53 days. During this time, I completed 373 of the 410 sections on the site. I felt very prepared going into the exam and believe it was enough time to cover the sections of the site that I found most helpful. The staff responds quickly to any inquiries -- which is always reassuring knowing the importance of time in this process. This site was worth EVERY PENNY, not only for passing the exam, but for the overall refresher of knowledge in the field. The approach of the teaching tools and visual allowed me to connect some dots that I had struggled with in the past. Overall this experience has done more than helped me pass a test, it has allowed me to become a better therapist.

4/16/2019 I took my exam this morning and passed both sections! This website's simulations were identical to the ones on the actual exam, so everything was very familiar (which was really comforting). I would definitely recommend this program to anyone taking the NCMHCE in the near future!

4/14/2019 I took my exam yesterday for the first time and passed with no problem! The 7 day subscription was completely worth the cost, I can now be licensed.

4/11/2019 I completed the NCMHCE on 4/9/19 and passed (first time). I highly recommend counselingexam.com as I was more than prepared for the exam. The exams on counselingexam.com were more intense than the NCMHCE, which is a great way to prepare us for the exam. Counselingexam.com provides you with simulations and exams that are very similar to the format of the NCMHCE which was very helpful. I would also say the simulations really helped you to understand the mindset/viewpoint of the test creator, which you will benefit from when you take the NCMHCE. For all those on the fence about making this investment....I'd say DO IT! It's worth! Definitely make sure you do all of the simulations, quizzes and exams. If you do really well on the practice exams you are sure to pass the NCMHCE with flying colors as I did. I am so happy that my fellow colleagues who went before me highly recommended counselingexam.com and I will be sure to recommend it to everyone preparing to take this exam. I am so happy to have completed this chapter of my life and looking forward to the next. Thank you so much Counselingexam.com. 4/10/2019 This was my second time taking the NCMHCE and I passed! I waited almost 2 years to take it again. I missed passing by 6 points in the Decision Making section last time which was very discouraging! I didn't use this study site the first time due to the cost and thinking I had found something better for cheaper. Going into it my second time, I decided the cost was worth it from trying the free simulations and knowing how similar it was to the actual exam. I purchased the 30 day subscription that would end the day of my exam and it was perfect! There is SO much information and I only utilized about 25% of what was on there. I would recommend doing the simulations and practice exams! It helps you learn so much about what the test makers want and don't want. Definitely look through other aspects of the site but from my experience, there wasn't as much about theory and assessments on the actual exam as there is in this site. Although, it doesn't hurt to brush up on all of it! Thanks so much for this great site to help me prepare for the exam and get it done and over with!

4/10/2019 I would HIGHLY recommend using this site to study for the NCMHCE! My goal was to be as prepared as I possibly could be so I subscribed for 90 days. I took all the quizzes (some several times) and all of the full length practice exams. I also hired a tutor from this website for 1 hour of tutoring- Janise Winston. Through this process, I became quite competent in my diagnosing ability, along with my understanding of what information to gather to make an accurate diagnosis. I took the exam and passed with flying colors! This was my first attempt. I was very calm taking the test because I knew this website had prepared me for the real thing! Thank you! 4/18/2019 I PASSED ON MY FIRST TRY!!!! It was VERY similar to your simulations. I could not have done it without you!!!! The only improvements I can suggest are to have more on differentials, assessments, ethics, and interventions (but not by therapy type), and less of theories because I found that while those things are nice to know, they were not important for the exam. That's just my opinion, but I think a lot of people (myself included) get distracted by trying to get to everything on your site, but get bogged down by stuff that is not essential so then things just become a mess in your head. That's just my experience... like i said, I could not have done it without you, once i knew what to really focus on. Thanks a million!!!!!
