7/20/2019 Pretty dumb material, but the simulations are basically identical to the real exam. it is REALLY helpful in understanding what sort of questions will be asked and what sort of answers the test makers believe are correct. I focused almost entirely on the simulations, and I passed. It was crazy how similar the material was.

7/18/2019 I took my exam this morning and I was successful at passing the exam. I would recommend this site to anyone. Give your self the time to study, listen to the videos and read through the recommendations. Thank you very very much; this was money well spent.

7/17/2019 Thank You!! This site with all of it's varied options, helped me to pass the test (NCMHCE) on 6/20/2019!! I believe that "counselingexam.com", along with one particular book (Selecting Effective Treatment Options V), were absolutely the winning combination for me. I was able to learn and practice my new (or reviewed) information in a way that progressively built on itself and showed my increased knowledge. The simulations, case studies, exam tips and flashcards were each extremely helpful for me. Practicing the simulations in their entirety, helped me to be prepared for the actual format at the testing center in a great way. Again, all I can say is-Thank you, I am very grateful! 7/17/2019 Hello, I want to take the time to tell you that the materials you provide are "thorough". They cover all the areas on the exam and rejuvenated the concepts I learned while getting the degrees. Some concepts forgotten aren't readily used but are rather needed for integration and conceptualization. I didn't pass the first time, but I contacted your staff and figured out where my testing process was going wrong. I PASSED, NOT JUST PASSED BUT 21 POINTS OVER AND 30 MINUTES LEFT ON THE CLOCK!!!! YOUR MATERIALS AND STAFF WORK MIRACLES AFTER BEING OUT OF COLLEGE FOR 20 YEARS!!!!

7/15/2019 I recently took the exam and passed on my first try. I focused most of my study time on the simulations and practice tests; studying the material that I got wrong along the way. I also found that reviewing some content flashcards and the exam precautions were extremely helpful as the test drew closer. I found that the simulations and practices were harder than the actual exam which was helpful. I am prone to some test anxiety and so once I began the test and realized how much easier it was than what I had been doing I immediately relaxed and got a much higher score than on any of my practices. Of course, all we have to do is pass, but realizing I was more than prepared as the test began helped to relieve that initial anxiety. This study resource really worked for me, I highly recommend.

7/10/2019 I took my exam yesterday and it was a very easy process with minimal stress. This website is a must. The simulations aren't 100% like the actual exam, but they give you a very good idea (some of the features on the actual exam are different). I went through every practice exam as well as approximately 40 individual simulations. By the time I took the exam I was passing the simulations with a 90-100% score. I studied for approximately 5 weeks leading up to the exam. I was slightly nervous before I started studying as I have only heard negative things about the exam. I am nearly a decade into practicing and was worried that being this far out from school I would be at a disadvantage. In the end I believe that I in fact had an advantage. This website is extremely expensive but worth it as you only have to take the exam once!

7/10/2019 Thanks to this site, I took my exam and passed on the first try! I scored nearly perfect on the exam! The exam set up was almost identical to what counselingexam uses in their practice scenarios. Using this site, I felt prepared and knew going in that I was ready. I would recommend this site to anyone getting ready for the NCMHCE!! Such an amazing resource!

7/9/2019 Over all, my experience was extremely positive. I am happy to say that I took my exam yesterday and that I passed! Studying on counselingexam.com was definitely a key component, as it really looked and felt like the actual test. I gained key understanding about what the expectations were, regarding the exam.
