7/14/2020 I was someone who wanted to "take a break" from tests and studying after my degree, and signed up for my exam once my post master work hours were finished. It was difficult to get back into the swing of studying, and I realized a lot of what I learned and hadn't used at my job was rusty. Without this program I do not believe I would have passed. I would take 3-5 practice exams a few days per week, listen to the audio study tools when cleaning, or sitting outside. I would access it on my phone and take a quiz or two while waiting somewhere for something. It made studying easy and convenient. It teaches you the structure of the exam, and what they are looking for with different language in their questions. When I finally went in to test I was not extremely stressed, I was familial with the expectations on me, and up to date on the information. I passed my first time! The price of this program is steep, no doubt, but it does work.

8/25/2020 Wanted to say thank you! I took the exam on June 4 2020. I PASSED!! I have been practicing as a PLPC since 2015 in New Orleans. I primarily work with children and have been trained as a non-directive play therapist (Landreth). Graduated from Loyola of New Orleans, started as the class of Hurricane Katrina, 2005. This was my fourth attempt at taking the NCHMCE. I had originally been scheduled to take the test in march but because of Covid I was forced to postpone. I took your course two weeks before the exam on June 4. The acronym of Time For some Relaxation was the reason I passed the test. When I took practice tests before learning that I never scored above a 60% After using the chart using the Acronym my scores jumped to the 80%. Again THANK YOU, I have told all my friends about this course and how it worked. I wanted to make sure that I said thank you from the bottom of my heart and I know the child clients I see thank you also!!!

6/29/2020 I took the exam today (6/29/2020) and passed with flying colors! This was my first attempt at the exam, and I exclusively used counselingexam.com for test prep. The information on the site is so thorough and helpful! I did the 90 day prep and studied for an average of 1 hour, 3-4 days per week. I felt prepared and more confident as a result of this site! I SO highly recommend a subscription!

6/29/2020 Unfortunately I didn't pass my LMHC exam but I am able to say the reason why was because i didn't follow the suggestions that was provided by the creators of this site. This test is VERY cookie cutter. You have to apply the book knowledge not real life common knowledge. I was also VERY nervous which didn't help and caused me to second guess myself. I am taking the test again and I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend superscribing to the exam services.

6/27/2020 I passed the NCMHCE the first time and couldn’t be more grateful if your study material. Specifically, I found both the audio study materials and 1 month subscription helpful. I would strongly recommend completing as many practice exams as possible given your time constraints. I felt prepared when I faced the actual test. 10/6/2022 I do not feel like the simulations and exams on this site reflected the actual NCMHCE. The wording of the questions was completely different. There were no questions on the actual test regarding support network, differential diagnosis, or biopsychosocial. Also, the length of the simulations on the actual exam are shorter and the amount of information given was less. This site did not prepare me to pass this exam. I am extremely disappointed. It was a waste of my money. I will not be recommending this site to my peers.
