3/19/2018 I just wanted to let you know that I passed my NCMHCE on the first try!!!  I could not have done it without your site especially the practice exams which were almost an exact match to the exam! Also, I used Bruse Snipes as a tutor and was so helpful! I couldn't have done it without him or the website!!

1/13/2018 I just wanted you to know, I passed my National Counseling Exam.... It was my second attempt... I used your site both times...I only studied 2 weeks prior the first time, and I didn't go over the "breaking news" section.  That section is a piece of gold.... The other invaluable thing I loved about your site is the practice exams...that's what helped me the most... Thank you so much.. 5/30/2018 I want you to know what a wonderful tool your site is. Yesterday I took the NCMHCE for the first time and I passed with a relatively comfort margin above the minimum required solely thanks to the practice exams and the study tool that your site provides. I found especially useful to start with the individual simulations in order to find out my weaknesses. Then I kept reviewing the material on which I was shakier and then to the simulations again. The real life scenarios gave my brain a hook of sorts on which to hang the theoretical knowledge. I also found extremely useful to take a practice exam a day (real exam conditions). I noticed that the margin of points above the minimum required kept increasing steadily. I did this religiously for a month and a half. On the day of the exam the training took over in spite of the tension and I found myself reacting to the scenarios as I had trained myself to do with your practice exam. I just reacted appropriately instead of panicking, a little bit like military conditioning. I highly recommend this tool to anybody who is planning to take the exam. If at all possible, I would suggest that candidates take at least the 3 months option to build up to the more intensive training to virtually guarantee success. 5/28/2017 I just wanted to give a review on this site. I took the NCMHCE in February and did not pass. As I prepared for it this time, I signed up on this site and today I passed the exam. Thanks to the simulations and the material offered through Counselingexam.com, I was able to get better familiar with the format of the exam, as well as obtain needed knowledge on it's content area. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for helping aquire my LCPC!!!! God bless!

2/19/2016 I couldn’t find a place to complete a survey on my experience but I just wanted to give kudos to www.counselingexam.com. I PASSED! And not just a little bit...by like 25 points each section! I have to say that I do not believe I could have been more prepared for the exam. It was so helpful and I tried to utilize every portion of the website in order to get my money’s worth. I only used it for one full month and unfortunately prior to knowing about the website I had purchased an exam test book and flashcards that were NOT helpful. I spent the same amount of money as I did on a one month membership and realistically it was all I needed. I was trained under the DSM 4 and had little exposure to the DSM5 prior. Not only did it prepare me for the exam but helped me get up to date on some of the changes. I am grateful for the thorough information and almost ( I said almost...haha) feel sad to not have to study and utilize the website anymore. I ran into a few glitchy spots in primarily in the Pearsonvue 4 hour sims but aside from that it worked great. I wanted to just say thanks and that your product is worth every penny.

1/30/2017 I just passed my NCMHCE exam today!!!!! Thank you...thank you.....thank you, I am one of those unique creators who has adult ADHD, inattentive type, and throughout my life my experience in the classroom has been an uphill battle. I had taken the exam 2 times before just missing by a few points (IG or DM). So prior to my third attempt I began to look for more/significant help and that was when I found your website/resource. It made all the difference for me. From the practice exams to the almost unlimited data I used the heck out of your website. Your information helped me refine and refocus my study efforts. And the actual test taking tips were also extremely helpful. I would recommend your resource to other whole-heartedly to anyone else. I also approached the exam organization and received an accommodation (time extension and separate exam room) for my ADHD issues. So if you have other individuals with challenges like mine, I thought I would pass that information on to you, to forward to them. It also helped me tremendous. You just have to asked and have your doctor send a letter. OK...so once again thank you thank you.

3/20/2017 I found your exam prep website through Dr. Priscilla Hutchins at Springfield College in St. Johnsbury, VT, and it has been an outstanding help.  Yesterday I took the National LCMHC exam in Albany.  They allowed 3.5 hours for the test, and I finished it in two hours and PASSED !!!  This was my first time taking it, and I am so relieved to have it over with!  Thank you ever so much for your great prep service and all the supportive emails along the way.
