6/22/2024 I would say that while CE is not perfect, it is by far the best test prep for the ncmhce that is available. You usually get what you pay for in this world and that is true of CE .com. I have made several suggestions to make navigating the site, reviewing tests and viewing what material you are scoring low in and they have been taken into consideration. I guess I will never know if they are implemented unless I hear from someone about it. I felt prepared for my test. And the website has materials about actually taking the test and not just test content. It is the best resource and I recommend it to peers in person so I will submit this testimonial also. Be confident and trust your prep! Make use of sales to get better prices on your subscription

6/19/2024 I passed my test on the first try. This site is the best to prepare you for the test. My score on the test was very close to the final averages I received on the narratives. Every week of studying there was improvement which led to me passing the test.

6/17/2024 I passed the new version of the NCMHCE today. I utilized counseling exam. I have no doubt that this site provided me with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to pass on my first try. 6/17/2024 I just passed my exam today on my first try and I must say that Counselingexam.com was a lifesaver! The narratives were on point and similar to the exam, so I'd consider that to be the most helpful feature for me. I also appreciated the short study sessions for a quick revision. Working, studying, and trying to have a personal life could be overwhelming, so I appreciate how the website provided versatility through videos, podcasts, cards, games, and short readings. Certainly recommend!

6/14/2024 I am happy to report that it took two tries, but I passed my exam today! I want to give a special shout out to Bruce Snipes, who was my Tutor for the 2nd go around. I wish I had hired him for the first try, but live and learn from me! Also, Stacy and Linton's podcasts on Spotify were extremely helpful. I appreciate getting extra time on my subscription - YES there is a guarantee and they stick to it. My 64 year old brain is at ease now, and I'm excited about my future as an LCPC. 6/14/2024 I took my exam for the first time one week ago and I passed ! I had the 30 day subscription and this is the only website I used to study. It was extremely helpful and I would not have done as well without it. My advice is to follow the study plan, pace yourself, take the practice exams exactly as you would the real one, and go over any answer you got wrong to review that topic again. It's true what these reviews say about the exam being more about understanding the structure of it. You can know everything about a disorder but you have to UNDERSTAND what exactly they're asking for in the questions. Don't go crazy reviewing random things on the website. I would focus on practice exams and narratives because timing was my biggest challenge during the real exam. I would focus on differential diagnosis and different treatments based on different approaches. Also, find out what type of learner you are from the beginning. Knowing I was a visual learner helped me A LOT because I focused more on watching the videos and looking at the technique trees on the website. Good luck!

6/10/2024 Thank you Counseling Exam!! I recently passed my exam and did way better than I thought I would do!! I would recommend this program to anyone who is trying to pass the NCMHCE because of the materials provided for studying, is all you need, in order to take and pass the exam. The mini narratives and the full length exams are very much like the format of the real exam. So get to studying and you will pass the exam!!
