9/18/2019 Good afternoon, I just wanted to make you guys aware that I PASSED my NCMHCE yesterday. This was my second time taking it, the first time I took the exam I made the mistake of not taking advantage of all of the tools on this site. This go round, I took advantage of every tool at my disposal. Your company held true to the "Guarantee" one simple email and I was able to log on and begin studying within 24 hours of notifying you guys. If I had to give one piece of advice to someone on the site it would be, "USE EVERYTHING", this site is awesome. THANK YOU!

9/17/2019 I passed my test this Saturday, the first time. I don't know about with flying colors...LOL because I was so nervous through out the process but your videos helped with that as well. Thank you so much for this program it really did help to experience the test as it would be through your simulations. I will continue to recommend this site to all my fellow students and colleagues.

9/16/2019 I passed! The simulations were spot on. Just keep reviewing them as much as possible. They provide information on certain topics and give you a sense of how to take the test. That part is key for sure; not necessarily the content, but how the test wants you to respond to it. If you require accommodations, make sure that you get them. It was very reassuring knowing that I did not have the extra added pressure of getting everything accomplished within a certain time frame. Thank you for all of the helpful tips in effort to prepare myself! I am so incredibly grateful and have already recommended the program to my current colleagues.

9/15/2019 Just wanted to thank all those involved in the creation and maintenance of counselingexam.com. I took my NCMHCE exam on Sept. 12, 2019, and PASSED! My scores were good, well above the minimum scores needed for passing. I attribute a chunk of my success to counselingexam.com. Regardless of how much I read and studied -- especially Reichenberg & Seligman (2016), Selecting Effective Treatments: A Comprehensive Systematic Guide to Treating Mental Disorders (5th Ed.) (a terrific resource!) -- and other learning materials, the ability to engage with practice exams that directly simulated the NCMHCE definitely helped push me over the top. I am VERY grateful for this website and the folks who worked hard to make it available. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend counselingexam.com to anyone studying/preparing for the NCMHCE. Thank you, again!!!

9/11/2019 I passed my NCMHCE on my first try! Without the MANY simulations and practice tests, I certainly wouldn't be saying this right now. Most of the information I've learned and internalized over my 3 years of being a counselor and 2 years prior to that of education, so the opportunity to practice taking this test with its unique format was pivotal to my success. When I started taking the simulations I failed miserably, but this provided me an opportunity to learn why and how to choose certain answers and exclude others. Invaluable, and recommended to my colleagues already!

9/10/2019 I just want to share with you that with this site I passed on the first try today. Being someone with extreme test anxiety using your site helped me gain the confidence I needed to pass the exam and tackle my anxiety. After searching for a year for the best study tools it was a blessing finding all the great reviews about your site 2 months before my exam. I delt as though you site over prepared me which was great, especially since I haven't taken an exam in 10 years the review was on point. 11/18/2021 I took my exam today and failed. However, I initially bought a 30-day subscription but felt overwhelmed after looking at the site. The closer I got to my exam I did not feel confident and purchased an additional 90 day subscription in case I didn’t pass. My scores on the exam were similar to my scores on the practice simulations. I cannot base by failed attempt solely on the website. I feel the information. Is there. The problem I have, and my reason for giving this site 3 stars is due to the site having so much information, no direction on how to study (structured daily study schedule), and no feedback on practice simulations/exams to give direction on mistake for each practice exam. I used therapist development center before and they were much more helpful and only provided what was necessary for the exam and I passed with flying colors (they don’t offer prep material for this exam). I will try again in 4 months and continue to use the rest of my subscription time to see if I can pass.
