6/27/2020 I want to tell you THANKS for creating such an amazing online resource to help people tackle and pass the NCMHCE! After several attempts, I finally took the exam and passed on June 17th, 2020. I did not just pass, I aced it. For anyone who has taken this monster of an exam and failed several times, DON’T GIVE UP! Success is just around the corner. Because the site is designed in a way which mirrors the DSM broken down by disorders, I found it helpful to read the disorder in the DSM and then immediately go to the counselingexam.com site and do the practice exams for that particular disorder I just read about. That strategy really allowed the information to stick. Also, as you know the exam is broken down into two (2) sections- Information Gathering (IG) and Decision Making (2). If you fail the exam due to low scores on the DM portion, just go to the CounselingExam.com site and do practice questions from that section. Most test takers fail because of low scores on the DM section. Focus more of your efforts on the practice questions for this section. With a few of these strategies, you will be in a really great place to PASS. All the best. Joan

6/25/2020 I passed my exam on June 23, 2020. The sims on counseling exam.com were challenging and exactly what I needed to pass the exam. I am very thankful to have had counseling exam.com and also meet an incredible set of women who helped me to challenge my answers, understand the questions, and following test-taking techniques that lead the way to my success. I am very thankful to God for helping me to find the right group for me and this website to help enhance my studying. I also used outside materials such as Dr. Carr, and Dirty Medicine on youtube. I must credit all the avenues that led to my success with the exam. This exam requires dedication and self-care to pass it. Thank you

6/21/2020 Just wanted to tell you all that I took and passed the NCMHCE today. Both of my scores were in the 86th percentile. It was a tough test and I don't think I would have passed it not for your program. Thank you.

6/21/2020 I PASSED--FIRST TIME GO! I USED THE SIM MAPPING METHOD FOR EVERY PROBLEM. I did pass by two points, but I am convinced this is the best study tool. I learn best by testing/games. I bought another study tool and quickly gave up on it when I saw how many unlimited opportunities to quiz/learn are offered here. I studied for approximately an hour a day (some days more than one hour, like on Saturday/Sunday, sometimes I skipped a day during the week). The weeks leading up to the exam I passed every practice examination. I bought a 90 day subscription and felt very prepared and *excited on the day of the exam. I almost got stopped because I forgot that I needed a signature on BOTH forms of identification; thankfully, I was able to use a drivers license from another state. THANK YOU---I'LL RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO EVERY COLLEAGUE I KNOW!!

6/21/2020 Thank you for all your help these last 5 weeks that I have been a subscriber. I passed the exam yesterday and have such a sense of relief. In the last month, I participated in two of your webinars, and I was hoping that you might make these available to former or non-subscribers. Also, please consider making a non-study format available to professionals. I learned so much more practical information in the last 5 weeks about diagnoses, assessments, theoretical approaches, and treatment techniques than I have learned from grad school and supervision. The difference is the format(s) you offered. I realize now I am not a book or flashcard learner! I would gladly use your site as a reference site if that option were available. 6/16/2020 I just wanted to let you know that I took my exam on 6/3, and passed! Counselingexams.com was the only resource I used to study, and I felt as prepared as possible for the exam when the time came. I want to thank you for your great content, and the care you show. It's clear that a lot of strategy and knowledge went into the study modules. I appreciated that there were different types of study materials, to appeal to all different kinds of learners.
