10/21/2019 I just passed my exam on the first try, thanks to Counselingexam.com for the great tutorials and test prep!! I utilized the interactive games to help with areas that I struggled with, and the simulations were really helpful for getting used to the way the actual exam is structured. Also, things that worked for me: I did all my studying at a PC at a desk in a quiet space, and used a white noise app each time. This was my attempt to simulate the actual test atmosphere as closely as possible. I also stopped studying about 5 days out, to give my brain a rest and to concentrate on relaxing. I did a pre-test guided meditation just prior to going into the exam also, which further helped to lessen my anxiety. This combo seemed to work for me!! I definitely recommend using this site for test prep, and is certainly worth the money!

10/21/2019 Dr. Linton Hutchinson’s NCMHCE exam study program is an affordable, well organized, and thorough guide for passing the all-important licensure exam for mental health counselors. I purchased a two-month subscription (plus I added an extra one-week subscription), and I studied non-stop over this period of time. I began by taking practice exams in order to get an idea of where I needed to focus my attention. To my horror, I was scoring in percentages which indicated I would fail this exam in both information gathering and decision making. I panicked! As worry began to take over, a menacing cloud of despair began to grow darker and darker over the next few weeks. Stress now became a constant companion. However, I continued to study. Indeed I studied. As I diligently studied each tabbed module of this guide, my practice scores began to rise. With rigorous study, I began to score in the eighty-percentile. My panic slowly began to dissipate. What is important for anyone considering purchasing this program to understand is that Dr. Hutchinson and his team have created a study program which will provide the material for passing this exam. To be honest, I was only able to cover 60.9% of the total material offered in this extensive program. However, out of this percentage, much of it was pored over more than a few times. I passed the NCMHCE on my first try, and I believe you too can pass on your first try. As I was taking my exam in St. Petersburg this week, I instantly realized that Dr. Hutchinson had prepared me well for this day. Kudos to Dr. Hutchinson and his team, together, they have constructed a second to none exam study program for those who are ready to roll up their sleeves and study.

10/13/2019 I would highly recommend this website to anyone studying for the LCPC exam. It's all right here! I took the exam yesterday for the first time, and I PASSED!! Why, because the simulations here are exact depictions of the real exam. I studied simply by doing 3 simulations every day for one month. All the other information is nice here, but not necessary. Just study by doing the practice simulations here and you will pass. Thanks so much, I could not have taken the exam without this website. 10/13/2019 I took my test on 10/12/19 for the first time and I passed. I was nervous but the fact that the test was similar to all the simulations and the practice exam definitely helped me calm down once I started the test. I would say that the most useful things was the simulations, the explanation to the answers, and then the practice exams. I agree with other who stated that of you can pass the practice exams you can pass the real test!

10/12/2019 I passed my exam today with flying colors!!! This was my third time taking it and I would have to say I used this site the second time I took it but did not take advantage of what it had to offer. THIS time, I dug is an really studied and used ever pointer that was given during the "getting started" tab. I felt so prepared that the exam felt almost far too easy! Without question this was the right choice to purchase this site and to use every available resource with it to be prepared. I would recommend this to any and everyone who is wanting to take the exam!

1/7/2020 I just took my exam yesterday and PASSED!!! Having done so many of the simulations, I felt so comfortable with the format of the exam right from the time I started. I would have studied so much more and utilized more of the content if I would have had the time, but apparently I didn't need to!!! Thank you for creating this program.

10/8/2019 I cannot express how grateful I am for paying for this NCMHCE Exam preparation. I just got home and I passed with flying colors. The information gathering was 100% which was indicated in my practice simulations. I also with the help of the practice scored higher in the decision making. I do not recommend that anyone take the actual exam without practicing this first. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to ANYONE. 10/7/2019 I took my NCMHCE today and PASSED! I used this site as my only test prep, and just learning the format for this exam was worth the price! I was actually more than prepared, and I know I couldn't have passed without the information and practice simulations and exams on this site. 10/7/2019 I passed the exam after studying with your program for one month and a week. I failed the first time taking the test because of being overly confident and not preparing/studying. I highly recommend this online program to any one having to take the NCMHCE, I wouldn't have passed without it.
