8/4/2020 I just completed my NCMHCE yesterday afternoon and... PASSED! First try! I found the full-length practice exams to be the most helpful in preparing. I'd comb through the areas I needed work on and always found those areas listed in site whether it be diagnosis, assessment, theory, etc. The information seemed endless! The only issue I had was that some of the videos did not appear to be the full length? I only purchased the 2-day subscription, so perhaps that was the reason. Regardless, I mainly used this site to utilize the many, MANY practice exams/simulations. I believe I passed because I knew how to take the test. This site helped me to understand the formatting, types of questions (IG/DM), and that it is okay to miss a few questions-reducing my anxiety. Thank you!!! -Alexandra

7/27/2020 I passed the exam! The actual test was relatively easier than the Sims on the website! in the actual exam there was not any question about specific treatment theory or modality rather treatment goals and treatment objectives specific to the case. I recommend studying on DSM-5 and Ethics comprehensively.
