4/27/2022 I took my exam on 4/16/22 and passed on the first try! Not only that, but my scores were way above the minimum for passing. I used this site for about 85% of my acquired knowledge and am eternally grateful for my friend pointing me in the direction of Counseling Exam. It made a world of a difference in helping me to understand what to expect on the exam and reduced some of my test anxiety so that in the weeks leading up I started to feel fairly confident in walking into the exam (something I have never experienced in any tests prior to this). I bought the 60 day program and took advantage of the site, working through almost everything in almost every category. The practice tests were the most crucial part of preparing for the exam, in my experience. I took almost all the practice exams and two full length exams about two and three weeks prior to my exam, passing both above 80%, letting me know I was ready to take the exam. I also took Barton Bolt's Decision Making course, which I found very helpful as well. I also researched each diagnosis both in the DSM-5 and on youtube to really understand each disorder. I also found the Diagnosis Trees very helpful. I highly suggest this site to everyone taking the NCMHCE and am so grateful. I happened to have a lot of time to study the past 60 days but in retrospect I probably would have purchased a 90 day program had I known how effective this site is, especially if you don't have as much time every day to study. I am pretty sure I would not have passed the exam without it but I am so glad I will never have to find out! I also found their customer service to be excellent, giving me a few day extension so that I could use the site right up to the exam. Thanks so much Counseling Exam!

4/25/2022 I passed my exam on the first attempt. I am so grateful for this program. It not only helped me with the format of the test, but also how to organize the information to properly answer the questions. 4/15/2022 I am thrilled to say that I passed the NCMHCE today. The test is one of the oddest I've ever experienced. It seems very much to be a test on how to take the test. In other words, you have to understand the test itself to pass the test. Although this version of the test is going away very soon, it is because of the practicing the simulations that I was able to "get it."

4/15/2022 I PASSED my exam on Tuesday!! With Flying Colors!!! FIRST ATTEMPT!!! If you are intentional about your studies, you will absolutely pass. I think I actually overstudied because there was a lot of content my actual test didn't ask but I am so grateful for this program. The sample exams are almost identical to the actual test. The program covers a lot, I work full time and used the simulations as "class" after work. I did 1 sim set a day and 1 full exam a week for about 6 months. I made flashcards and watched the videos and did the masterclasses. I only covered about 60 percent of the program because it was so dense but even with that I passed! I'm so glad I chose this program over the others. I am so grateful!! Thank you Counselingexam.com!!

4/14/2022 Preparing for my independent counseling licensure exam was the most stressful event of my adult life thus far! It has been almost 10 years since I got my LPC and much of the information needed for the exam content had been stored - way back - in my brain. The study material provided on the website was exactly what I needed and the simulations were amazingly helpful in practicing and navigating the exam format. I am thrilled and ecstatic to say I passed the NCMHCE on my very first try! I am incredibly grateful for God's grace and the team's knowledge, wisdom, and willingness to support those of us who decide to take this challenging but important next step in our counseling careers. This course is completely worth it's investment - 10/10 would recommend.

4/14/2022 The simulations on your site were harder than the simulations on the exam so I did feel well prepared. Taking each question at face value really helped me and guarded me against second guessing. I used every single page of scratch paper using the SIM mapping tool and I'm glad that I did. 4/14/2022 Hello! I just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU for creating such a helpful site/study program. I took this exam 8 yrs ago and failed by ONE point. I was so disappointed and discouraged that I never took it again. I finally decided to take another go at it. I have not studied for this exam or even looked at the DSM in 8yrs (and as you know it is now a new DSM). However, with the simulations and tips and everything on this site, I am proud to share that I PASSED my exam this past Wednesday. This site and 2 webinars with Barton Bott are all that I used since I started studying in February. I am forever grateful for both. THANK YOU!!
