8/9/2022 Hello! I just took my exam today. First time passed. I studied with Counseling Exam for 90 days consistently and then another 30 days off and on. This program is worth every penny. The test was not easy, but this study material, simulations, tidbits, everything helped!! Worth it. Don't wait do it.

8/7/2022 I purchased a 60 day subscription, and can confidently state that I passed because I completed all the simulations and exams. I am a new mom, and taking care of a toddler and infant along with juggling a full time and part-time job doesn't really leave you with much time. I used every single moment of free time to complete scenarios and did full length exams after the kiddos went to bed. We co-sleep, so that meant using my phone and taking the test under the covers. I also used the daily newsletters as a revision aid. I am saying all this because this product is seriously worth the money. Even with all the chaos of my life and the unorthodox study routine, I was able to pass on my first try. Thank you for this amazing resource!

8/5/2022 I took the NCMHCE in July 2022 and PASSED on my first try using counselingexam.com! The simulations that are provided are exactly like the real exam and the site provides more than enough information to be able to pass on the first try. I would recommend focusing on sets/simulations/practice exams. Counselingexam.com came recommended by professors & peers at my graduate school, as well as friends who used the site and also passed on the first try. I definitely made the right decision by using this program and will continue recommending it to others in the future. Extremely appreciative for being able to access the content here!

8/3/2022 I passed my exam on the first attempt! I have this site and Barton Bott's webinars to thank! The NCMHCE is overwhelming, as the format is completely different from any other exam. This site helped give me relief on understanding the format, first and foremost. At first glance, the amount of study material is terrifying, but just take your time and give everything a good lookover. This site will provide you the structure to help pace you in your studying. You don't need to go over every available recording/powerpoint. You will quickly learn what you need to focus your efforts on. The best part of studying for this exam on counselingexam.com is that I learned so much valuable information that will help me in the real world as a counselor. Rather than just regurgitating facts as on the NCE, the NCMHCE helps you develop the skills you may have missed out on in grad school or even your internship. Dr. Linton, Bart, and Stacey truly care about helping you learn the information, as well as how to apply it in practice. There are so many recordings that they have made available. The extent of these recordings shows that they are not just trying to sell a product, but they genuinely care about producing counselors who are clinically ready to help clients. 8/2/2022 I used another study book, but did not feel as prepared with about 1 month to go until my exam on 8/2/22. I dove right into the simulations and found the test format to be uniquely challenging after previous experiences with multiple choice questions (with one right answer on most questions). I also took 2 full length exams one week and two weeks prior to the exam today to get mentally prepared for testing. I had struggled with the IG sections specifically because my years of clinical experience (required parts of every biopsychosocial assessment I have conducted) did not neatly translate into the "right" answers for these sections for the purpose of formulating the provisional diagnosis, but I took the test today and received a 90% on the IG sections and scored well enough on the DM sections to pass the entire exam on the first try. All of my colleagues recommended this site and I was reluctant to follow their advice due to the cost of the subscription, but I can assure you that it was well worth the price to not have to worry about retaking the NCMHCE.
