5/31/2018 I wanted to let you all know that I took the NCMHCE yesterday and PASSED on the FIRST time! I truly believe I passed because of your site. Your site did two things for me that I believe made all the difference: It helped me get comfortable with the very difficult and different exam format, and it helped me learn how to think critically in the way the developers of the test designed. I actually believe that your website made me a better counselor because of this newly acquired way of analyzing information. I felt comfortable with my knowledge going in, but your DSM diagnosis sets really helped me supplement the areas I lacked. I very much liked the full length practice exams and the wide variety of individual scenarios I had to choose from. I am 100% satisfied with your service, and I will absolutely be recommending it to future test takers!

11/19/2017 I just passed my exam yesterday, my first attempt.. This site was my only study tool and it was awesome. I was very prepared thanks to Counseling Exam.

8/12/2016 This exam is not your typical exam.. Requires ALOT of studying especially with areas of administration, consultation an supervision. You should definitely be aware of counseling and psychotherapy area. And of course know all disorders. However with more studying I know I will pass the second time!

11/28/2016 I passed my NCMHCE today. The biggest source of help besides Dr. Hutchinson was the practice tests and some of the tutorials on note taking. I purchased the 3 month subscription and made SURE to complete EVERY practice test from Set 1 - 9. I did about 6-8 practice tests each weekend. If you pace yourself, do well on the practice tests, and follow the strategies (such as choosing options that you are MOST confident with and STOPPING when you see the word "Not Indicated") you will pass the exam. I thought that I would never be able to pass this exam. If I can pass it, so can you!

12/18/2016 I just got back from taking my exam. I passed on the first try. I scored over 80% for both sections. For the past few months I've been taking a practice test every single day. I became very familiar with the format of the test, which definitely helped me pass today. I wouldn't have passed without using the study tools provided here. Thank you!

11/9/2018 I passed on the first try my NCMHCE with the help of this web page. The test was set up exactly as you said. The trial tests were superb and prepared me well.

8/3/2017 Finally passed! I used a different study guide my first 2 attempts at the test and failed (in 2014 and 2015). I used this one for 3 weeks and boom passed! These scenarios were near-identical to the exam. If I used the tips and scenaios from the other site again, I'd have failed again. This material is on point I tell you.

8/10/2016 I passed on my first try. The mock tests were essential to me passing the test. At first I was overwhelmed with the amount of information that was on the page, but once I knew what to focus on I felt much better and confident about the test.
