11/22/2024 I took the exam twice before and came close but not close enough. I tried this service upon recommendation from a tutor and it was the best decision I made. I passed when I took my exam for the 3rd time. This platform works because it teaches you tips and tricks and how to take the exam the way you should not based on your perception.

11/21/2024 I just passed my licensure exam (NCMHCE) and want to show my appreciation to you with this note. For 3 months I used counselingexam.com exclusively to prepare for the exam by taking the practice exams and narratives daily and using the sites database to fill the gaps in my knowledge reveled through them. I studied 4 or 5 days a week for an average of 2 hours and passed my exam by a comfortable score margin finishing with an hour to spare. Thank you so much for this resource. I know I would not have passed without this site.

11/20/2024 I PASSED! I have been putting off taking this exam for a few years just due to anxiety about it and hearing how difficult it is. I impulsively signed up, thinking I was going to fail anyhow and just to see what it was like. I literally gave myself a month to study. This site was amazing as a study tool! I only used this site to study and it was all I needed to pass. My advice if you are limited on time or overwhelmed, is to try to complete all the narratives and practice exams on here then study what you are missing or don't know on them, as well as the basics. This site is a wealth of information and it teaches you how to take the test. I never thought I would pass this exam, let alone the first time taking it. I definitely recommend this site and am so thankful I used it to help study.

11/14/2024 I can’t believe it, I passed on my first try! I purchased a 90 day subscription but only made my way through 20% of the website’s materials . The practice exams were super helpful, they let me know where I needed to focus my attention. They also let me know what to expect with the exam itself. The exam was hard but I was prepared thanks to this site! Highly recommend if you’re nervous and it’s been awhile since you completed your counseling program.

11/14/2024 I PASSED!!!! I took my exam yesterday and passed! This site was beyond helpful in the study preparation of material and specifically the design of this unique exam! I also greatly appreciated the various ways of studying and learning offered here through flashcards, quizzes, material, encouragement and motivation as well as the podcast! It really was in there! 11/3/2024 The Counseling Exam is a good study program, but unfortunately, I took my exam on 11/2/24, and this is my third FAIL. I was disappointed at my score this time because I thought I got this, and according to Linton, "it's in there" (LOL). I am glad that I am eligible to retake the exam in 30 days, so I am going to continue studying. I figure there is something that I am not doing right to pass, but I am not a failure, so my fourth time, I WILL PASS. I needed to read all of the areas more and understand the concept of choosing the correct answer; the exam answers are not presented in real job experience, and I believe the case study is too long of a reading. I almost ran out of time, which increased my test anxiety. Also, taking notes made me very nervous; what I plan to do for my next attempt is to get extra time accommodation. KAC is not a failure (Faith is the substance of things, hope for the evidence of things not seen, Hebrews 11:1 in the Bible)
